Serban Patriciu Joins Noerr as Head of Real Estate

Former Patriciu Real Estate Attorneys Managing Partner Serban Patriciu has joined Noerr's Bucharest office as Head of Real Estate.

Patriciu specializes in real estate having worked on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A projects, corporate governance, company reorganization and liquidation, and privatization projects.

Before joining Noerr, he spent four years in charge of the Patriciu real estate boutique law firm, which he established in 2018 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 27, 2018). Before that, he was a Partner and the Head of Real Estate at Bondoc & Asociatii, for over three years, between 2015 and 2018. He also spent eight years as a Managing Associate with Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii, from 2007 to 2015. Earlier, he was an Associate with Zamfirescu Racoti Vasile & Partners for four years and spent four more as in-house counsel with Comnord and the National Bank of Romania.
