Former Managing Counsel Ioana Katona has been promoted to Partner at Bondoc si Asociatii. She is a lawyer "within the [firm's] Litigation and Arbitration department ... and focuses on administrative and tax law, energy, health, insolvency, and civil law litigation cases, including real estate and corporate disputes."
Katona has been with Bondoc si Asociatii for over eight years. She first joined the firm as a Managing Associate in 2014 and was promoted to Managing Counsel in 2017. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate with White & Case, between 2011 and 2014, a Managing Partner at Katona si Asociatii, from 2010 to 2011, and a Partner with Katona, Ghica, Suica-Neagu si Asociatii, between 2005 and 2009.
