Cobalt has advised Luminor Bank as the sole lead manager on Altum's issuance of five-year bonds in the amount of EUR 70 million.

Latvia’s state-owned development finance institution Altum facilitates access to financial resources for enterprises and households in Latvia, using instruments such as loans, guarantees, and venture capital investments.

According to Cobalt, this is the first issuance under Altum's fourth bond issue program, which totals EUR 120 million. The bonds, carrying a fixed annual interest rate of 3.576%, attracted strong interest from Baltic institutional investors, with participation from 18 entities including the Nordic Investment Bank.

The Cobalt team included Partner Edgars Lodzins and Senior Associate Krisjanis Buss.
