Ellex has advised venture capital fund Superangel on its participation in the USD 20 million Series A funding round for UK-based technology company Labrys.
According to Ellex, the funding round was led by Plural, with additional participation from AlbionVC and existing investors Project A, Expeditions Fund, and MD One Ventures. The investment will support the accelerated development of Axiom, Labrys’ platform designed to help organizations verify, manage, and pay globally distributed teams.
The Ellex team included Partner Antti Perli and Counsel Rutt Vark.
