Greenberg Traurig and Dentons Advise on Generali Real Estate's Development Agreement with MDC2 for Skawina Plots

Greenberg Traurig has advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of undeveloped plots located in Skawina, near Krakow, and the development management agreement with MDC2. Dentons advised MDC2 on the deal.

Generali Real Estate is a real estate asset manager with approximately EUR 36.3 billion of assets under management. It is part of the Generali Group.

According to Greenberg Traurig, the development management agreement with MDC2 regulates “the planned development of land with a multi-stage logistics facility known as MDC2 Park Krakow South. MDC2 Park Krakow South is a development project for a distribution and logistics hub to be developed in three phases and comprises three buildings, with a planned total GLA of more than 90,000 square meters on [a plot] of over 19 hectares.”
