Former Filip & Company Of Counsel Oana Voda has joined Dentons’ Bucharest office as Head of Public Procurement.

Specializing in public procurement, Voda has been a Public Procurement Expert at the World Bank since 2020 and a Deputy Team Leader and a Public Procurement Expert at the European Investment Bank since 2021. Before joining the firm, she was an Of Counsel at Filip & Company since 2020. Voda also led Schoenherr’s Public Procurement practice between 2018 and 2020 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 19, 2018). Earlier still, Voda was a Senior Counsel at Corvers Legal & Commercial Affairs, between 2013 and 2018, a Head of Public Procurement and Public Law at Bulboaca si Asociatii, from 2012 to 2013, an Attorney-at-Law with Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, from 2008 to 2012, and an Associate with Savu Herzog & Associates, in 2005.
