On August 5, 2022, Greenberg Traurig announced that Marvipol Development's sale of the Moko Botanika project (reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 2, 2021) had closed.

As previously reported, Greenberg Traurig advised companies in the Marvipol group on the sale of residential and commercial units in three built-to-rent residential projects in Warsaw to Swedish company Heimstaden Bostad – Moko Botanika is one of those projects. Dentons advised Heimstaden Bostad on the deal.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “Moko Botanika is a modern residential development comprising 477 residential and six commercial units, situated in the Sluzewiec area of Warsaw. It was designed entirely by the architectural studio Kurylowicz & Associates.”

Marvipol Development is a Polish real estate developer operating in residential and industrial areas. Heimstaden Bostad is a European residential property owner and operator. Currently, the company owns over 100,000 residential units in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Greenberg Traurig's closing team included Managing Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Local Partner Kamil Majewski, Senior Associate Filip Widuch, and Associates Marcin Gralewski, Jakub Gajzler, and Alicja Flis. Partner Agata Jurek-Zbrojska and Senior Associate Filip Widuch worked on the initial transaction.

Dentons' team included Counsel Jaroslaw Stapel and Associates Maciej Roman and Patrycja Pakla.
