Cytowski & Partners has advised Kontext on its USD 10 million series seed financing round led by M13 and joined by Torch Capital, Parable VC, and Credo Ventures. Cooley reportedly advised M13.
Kontext is a Czech Republic-based startup founded by investor Andrej Kiska. According to Cytowski & Partners, the round marks a significant milestone for Kontext, which aims to build on Kiska’s decade of experience investing in Central and Eastern European founders.
The Cytowski & Partners team included Founding Partner Tytus Cytowski and Associates Eresi Uche, Kunal Kolhe, Fabiana Morales Centurion, and Heidi Fan.
