Schoenherr has advised Bank Pekao on the acquisition financing granted to the investor for the purchase of City 2 office building in Wroclaw from Archicom.
Archicom is a member of the Echo Investment Group.
According to Schoenherr, the EUR 31 million transaction involves City 2, part of the City Forum complex, offering nearly 13,000 square meters of gross leasable area.
The Schoenherr team included Partner Ilona Fedurek and Associate Gabriela Chrzanowska.
