Koutalidis has advised Alpha Bank on the creation of its new Green Bond Framework.
According to Koutalidis, the framework aligns with the Green Bond Principles of the International Capital Market Association and incorporates relevant criteria from the EU Taxonomy, ensuring compliance with globally recognized standards for green finance.
