Nyerges & Partners has advised Eurowind Energy on its second acquisition of a 48-megawatt wind project in South-Eastern Romania.
Back in October 2022, the Nyerges & Partners team (at the time still with VNP) had already advised Eurowind Energy on the first acquisition of a 48-megawatt wind project in Romania – that in Pecineaga (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 17, 2022).
Eurowind Energy is a Danish wind, solar, and hybrid projects developer and operator.
The Nyerges & Partners team was led by Managing Partner Mihaela Nyerges and included Senior Associate Patricia Vilceanu and Junior Associate Diana Dulama.
