Herbst Kinsky has advised Flex Capital on its acquisition of SOP Hilmbauer & Mauberger. Sole practitioner Ernst Dejaco reportedly advised the selling shareholders Johann Hilmbauer and Gerald Mauberger.
According to Herbst Kinsky, Flex Capital is a private equity investor focused on German internet and software SMEs. SOP is a provider of software for international mobility in higher education; its Mobility-Online solution is used by more than 400 universities, including ETH Zurich, the University of Vienna, and CBS International Business School.
The Herbst Kinsky team included Partner Christoph Wildmoser, Attorneys at Law Alexander Lotz, Alexander Essig, Irmgard Nemec-Stadtmann, Maximilian Kropfl, Valerie Mayer, and Anna Diensthuber, and Lawyer Gregor Zahradnik-Schwarz.
