Boyanov & Co has advised BioIVT on its acquisition of Fidelis Research. BioIVT provides biospecimens, research models, and drug and diagnostic development services. The company specializes in control and disease-state biospecimens including human and animal tissues, cell products, blood, and other biofluids.
Fidelis Research is a Sofia-headquartered clinical biospecimen collection network in Southeastern Europe.
