Iurie Cojocaru and Anca Diaconu have been promoted to Partner at Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen.
Former Managing Associate Cojocaru, who also heads the firm’s Data Protection practice, has been with the firm since 2007, starting as a Junior Associate and being promoted to Senior Associate in 2016 and Managing Associate in 2018.
Cojocaru holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Bucharest and an LLM from College Juridique Franco-Roumain D’etudes Europeennes.
Anca Diaconu, a Competiton, State Aid, and EU law expert, has been with NNDKP since 2020, joining as a Senior Associate. Diaconu holds an LLB from the University of Paris I: Pantheon-Sorbonne and an LLM from the University of Bucharest.
The promotion round included the appointment of Alexandru Aman, Cristian Dranca, Madalina Panca, and Mirela Preda to Counsel.
