Voicu & Filipescu has promoted former Managing Associate Simona Merdariu to Partner.
Merdariu has been with the firm since 2006. She specializes in banking and finance and insurance law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, public procurement, as well as settlement of commercial and administrative disputes.
