Daniel Alexie and Anca Baitan have been promoted to Partner at MPR Partners, "giving a new impetus to its corporate, financial services, dispute resolution, as well as IT teams."
Alexie, who has been with MPR Partners since 2016, specializes in corporate M&A as well as financial services, regulatory matters, and IT. According to the firm, he represents clients from "various sectors such as industry, services, entertainment, and healthcare. [He] is a versatile and adaptable professional, showing team-player and good strategy-related skills." Before joining MPR Partners, Alexie spent over two years with Grecu si Asociatii.
Baitan, who also joined MPR in 2016, focuses on insolvency, bankruptcy, litigation, and arbitration. According to the firm, "she has successfully handled a large number of disputes for international and local corporations, public authorities, state-owned companies, and NGOs." Baitan holds an LLM degree from the University of Bucharest.
