RTPR and D&B David si Baias have advised shareholders Doina and Roxana Cepalis on the sale of Te-Rox Prod to Sweden's Holmbergs group. The Bucharest office of Wolf Theiss advised the buyer on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to RTPR, PwC provided financial and fiscal advisory services to the shareholders.
Holmbergs is a manufacturer of safety products and systems for child safety seats ad the secured transportation industry.
Te-Rox Prod is a Romanian producer of covers and harness systems for child safety seats.
RTPR’s team included Partner Alina Stavaru, Associate Marina Fecheta-Giurgica, and Junior Associate Raluca Marcu.
The Wolf Theiss team consisted of Partner Ileana Glodeanu, Counsel Flaviu Nanu, Senior Associates Luciana Tache and Adina Aurel, and Associates Iulia Cumparatu and Alexandru Roman.
The D&B David si Baias team was led by Managing Partner Sorin David and included Associate Andreea Tortov.
