Kinstellar has advised S Immo AG on the acquisition of the EXPO Business Park from Portland Trust. Peli Partners reportedly advised Portland Trust on the deal.

The EXPO Business Park is a three-building office complex in Bucharest, Romania. According to Kinstellar, it is "located in the Expozitiei Blvd area of Bucharest; the A-class office property has a total leasable area of nearly 41,500 square meters and an underground car park for about 600 cars."

S Immo AG is a real estate investment company focusing on Austria, Germany, and CEE, with 70% of its portfolio consisting of commercial properties. Portland Trust focuses on the development of commercial property.
