On June 15, 2022, Peli Partners announced that S Immo’s acquisition of the Expo Business Park from Portland Trust (reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 22, 2022) had closed.
As previously reported, Kinstellar had advised S Immo on the acquisition of Expo from Portland Trust. Peli Partners advised Portland Trust on the sale.
The Expo Business Park is a three-building office complex in Bucharest, Romania. According to Kinstellar, it is "located in the Expozitiei Boulevard area of Bucharest; the A-class office property has a total leasable area of nearly 41,500 square meters and an underground car park for about 600 cars.”
S Immo AG is a real estate investment company focusing on Austria, Germany, and CEE, with 70% of its portfolio consisting of commercial properties. Portland Trust focuses on the development of commercial property.
