Greenberg Traurig and Dentons Advise on Eastnine’s Acquisition of Poznan Office Building from Skanska

Greenberg Traurig has advised Eastnine on its EUR 121 million acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property from Skanska. Dentons advised the seller.

"The property consists of two office buildings located in the heart of Poznan," Greenberg Traurig said in a press release. "Together they offer approximately 39,000 square meters of modern office space and form part of the Nowy Rynek project which combines buildings with office, retail, and residential functionalities to create one of the largest urban projects in Poznan’s recent history."

Eastnine is a Swedish real estate company, focused on office and logistics properties in the Baltics. Skanska is an international project development and construction company, operating in Nordics, Europe, and the United States.
