CMS has been advising IIAC, the operator of Seoul's Incheon Airport, on its successful bid to become the strategic advisor to Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o., the operator of the Solidarity Transport Hub Poland.

The Solidarity Transport Hub is a so-called "mega-project" involving the construction of a completely new airport to be located approximately 40 kilometers southwest of Warsaw to replace Warsaw's Chopin Airport.

According to CMS, IIAC will support CPK in developing the concept and assumptions for the construction and operation of the airport component of the transportation hub. The firm's work for IIAC included advising it on the competitive dialogue procedure, bid submission, and execution of an agreement with CPK.

The CMS team was led by Partner Marcin Bejm, and included Senior Associate Angelika Szufel and Lawyers Piotr Galazka, Alicja Smyklinska, Pawel Ura, and Bartlomiej Slemp.
