Harrisons has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a EUR 10 million loan to Raiffeisen Bank Serbia under the Financial Intermediaries Framework, Go Digital in the Western Balkans Program.
According to Harrisons, the transaction supports the program’s objectives to advance private-sector innovation and competitiveness through targeted investments and awareness-raising among SMEs; support the transition to a green economy; increase SMEs’ capacity and trade potential by facilitating access to finance for EU standards implementation; and promote more equitable financing access for women-led SMEs.
