Kochanski & Partners Advises Savills on Knight Frank’s Commercial Property Management Business Acquisition

Kochanski & Partners has advised Savills on its acquisition of Knight Frank’s commercial property and asset management team. KPMG reportedly advised the seller.

"Under the agreement, 35 employees have joined Savills and its Polish property management portfolio has surpassed 1.2 million square meters," Savills announced.

Savills is an international real estate advisor, specializing in office, retail, and industrial property management.

Knight Frank is a London-headquartered real estate consultancy company.

"As part of Savills strategy for the development of our business in Europe, the growth of our asset and property management teams remains a key priority and focus," Savills UK and EMEA CEO James Sparrow commented. "The Knight Frank property management team in Poland has an excellent reputation and we are very excited about them joining our business. Poland is an important growth market for us."
