Dentons has advised NEPI Rockcastle on a EUR 200 million secured green real estate financing from Erste Group Bank and Raiffeisen Bank. Wolf Theiss reportedly advised the banks.
NEPI Rockcastle is an investor and developer of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe.
Earlier in 2023, Dentons advised NEPI Rockcastle on a EUR 60 million green financing for Ploiesti Shopping City from a syndicate of lenders led by BRD Groupe Societe Generale (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 24, 2023).
The Dentons team included Partners Simona Marin and Bogdan Papandopol, Senior Associates Sandra Constantin and Luiza Onofrei, and Associate Alin Serea, as well as additional team members in Amsterdam.
