Wolf Theiss has advised the founders of AMC Ro Studio on the sale of their shares to Keywords Studios plc. KPMG Legal, alongside DWF’s London office, advised Keywords Studios on the deal.
AMC Ro Studio is a 3D art and design studio. Keywords Studios is a publicly listed video game industry services company.
