Balcooglu Selcuk Akman Keki Attorney Partnership and Dentons have advised Koc Holding A.S., Turkey's largest holding company, on its issuance of USD 750 million 6.500% Notes due 2025. Gedik & Eraksoy and Allen & Overy advised the joint bookrunners Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan.

Koc Holding is the largest holding company in Turkey and the largest industrial and services group in terms of revenues, exports, employees and market capitalization on Borsa Istanbul. 

BASEAK Partner Mufit Arapoglu led the team advising Koc Holding on Turkish law matters, together with Associates Cenk Yilgor, Canberk Varis, Sena Mutlu, and Erkin Tuzcular. Dentons' London-based Partners David Cohen and Partner Cameron Half advised Koc Holding on UK aspects of the deal, working with US Associates Nicolo Ascione and Kathryn Finch. Dentons Washington-based Partner Peter Feldman provided US sanctions advice, and New York-based Partner Jon Hutchens provided US tax advice.
