Wolf Theiss Advises Fortech Founders on Sale to Global Logic

Wolf Theiss has advised the founders of Fortech on its sale to Global Logic. Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii reportedly advised Global Logic.

The completion of the transaction is contingent on regulatory approval.

Fortech and its subsidiary Fortech Software Solutions, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, are IT service providers. Fortech also has engineering hubs in Oradea, Iasi, Brasov, and Bucharest. 

GlobalLogic, based in Silicon Valley, is a digital engineering company and a member of the Hitachi Group.
