BCGL, Schoenherr, and Gessel Advise on Omikron Capital's Acquisition of Dagat-ECO

BCGL has helped Warsaw-based private equity investment fund Omikron Capital obtain a loan from PKO Bank Polski and subsequently acquire 100% of the shares in Dagat-ECO. Schoenherr advised the seller and Gessel advised the bank on the deal.

Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.

Dagat-ECO is a Polish processor of metal pipes and profiles used in automotive, medical, HVAC, railway, and petrochemical industries.

According to BCGL, the loan provided to Omikron by PKO was also used to refinance existing indebtedness, finance investment activities, and providing working capital.

BCGL’s team included Partners Bartosz Gryglewski and Maciej Czekanski.

Gessel’s team consisted of Partner Malgorzata Badowska and Senior Associate Magdalena Dudziec-Kosnik.
