NNDKP Advises on Sale of Majority Stake in Medima Health to Morphosis Capital

NNDKP has advised shareholders Gheorghe Iana and Vlad Ardeleanu on the sale of a majority stake in Medima Health to Morphosis Capital. Schoenherr’s Bucharest office reportedly advised Morphosis Capital on the deal. 

Financial details of the sale were not disclosed. 

Medima Health, which was founded in Bucharest in 2017, operates a chain of imaging and radiology clinics.

Morphosis Capital is a Romanian private equity fund established in 2018 that is primarily focused on developing and transforming small and medium-sized enterprises in Romania. 

NNDKP’s team consisted of Partner Razvan Vlad and Associate Vlad Anghel. 

Schoenherr did not respond to an inquiry about the deal.
