Elena Cirlig and Paula Neculae Promoted to Partner at Musat & Asociatii

Elena Cirlig began as an attorney with the Brasov Bar, and then became a judge at the Fagaras Court of Law, then the Alba-Iulia Court of Appeal, and then the Brasov Court of Appeal. She was finally appointed Judge Inspector with the Superior Council of Magistracy, and in 2010 she went into private practice with Musat & Asociatii. According to the firm, she "assists and represents both local [and] international clients ... in the following areas of practice: Civil & Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency, and Arbitration." 

Musat & Asociatii describes Paula Neculae as having "a remarkable professional career, with more than 25 years of legal activity." According to the firm, "throughout this time she gained extensive experience, both as a judge in the Judicial Inspection -- Superior Council of Magistracy, the Bucharest Court of Appeal, and the Court of Law of the District of Bucharest, and as an attorney, starting in 2011, when she joined Musat & Asociatii's team of attorneys." Also, the firm reports, "as a barrister, Mrs. Neculae assists and represents various local and international clients operating in the Automotive Field, Banks, Financial Services, Food Industry, Healthcare, Education, Insurances, Media and Pharma, and her experience as a litigation attorney includes Civil & Commercial Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, Family Law, [and] Enforcements."

In addition to Cirlig and Neculae, the firm reports promoting four other attorneys to Managing Associate and five to Senior Associate.
