Reff & Associates has advised Investcapital Malta Ltd — a subsidiary of BRIEF-Kruk — on its acquisition of a debt portfolio with a nominal value of RON 1.25 billion from BRD Groupe Societe Generale. Schoenherr advised the sellers on the deal.
