RTPR has advised Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of CEZ Vanzare to Premier Energy. BSMP Bohalteanu & Asociatii advised Premier Energy.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Premier Energy is a part of Czech private equity fund Emma Capital.
CEZ Vanzare is the main electricity supplier in southwest Romania, having a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million household and non-household customers.
