PGC Partners has advised MediFood International on entering the Romanian market and the establishment of its Romanian operations.
Medifood is a Fribourg, Switzerland, medical nutrition company offering nutritional support for people affected by disease-related malnutrition. The company was founded in 2008 to develop research-based clinical nutrition products – "specially formulated medical foods that are processed and intended for the dietary management of diseases, disorders, or medical conditions of individuals treated under medical supervision," PGC Partners reported.
The PGC Partners team was led by Managing Partner Paul-George Cata.
