Suciu Popa has advised the Meta Estate Trust on its partnership agreement with developer APX Immo Property to erect a "21-apartment premium real estate project within the Cotroceni area" of Bucharest.
Meta Estate Trust is a Bucharest-based real estate financing specialist.
"This strategic investment aligns with the company’s direction to form strong partnerships with reliable developers and the commitment to achieving sustainable returns for investors and providing quality real estate solutions," Suciu Popa reported.
The Suciu Popa team was led by Managing Partner Miruna Suciu and included Partner Mihai Caragui, Managing Associate Noemi Miruna Siman, and Senior Associate Roxana Ioncu.
