Suciu Popa has advised Eximprod on its sustainability-driven lease agreement for a 1,300 square-meter space in the Equilibrium 2 building developed by Skanska in Bucharest.

According to the developer, Equilibrium 2 was the first office building in Romania to obtain the RoGBC – Net Zero Carbon Buildings preliminary certification. The building has since received its full certification.

According to Eximprod, its new premises are "the ideal place to support the accelerated development of Eximprod, a modern and efficient workspace. The principles of sustainability, energy efficiency, and civic engagement that Skanska demonstrates in everything it does are impressive."

The Suciu Popa team included Partner Dan Ciobanu and Managing Associate Noemi Miruna Siman alongside further lawyers from the firm's real estate and corporate departments.
