Filip & Company has advised BT Capital Partners, Alpha Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank on Cluj County’s EUR 75.68 million bond issuance.
The maturity of the loan is 10 years, maturing in 2033 and with an early redemption option in 2029.
According to Filip & Company Partner Olga Nita, the issuance “represents both a new stage in the process of meeting the issuer's objectives regarding its investment projects, as well as proof of the fact that financing through the capital market is increasingly attractive for a wide range of issuers, investors becoming real partners of the issuers - in the case of Cluj County, it is a partnership for building a more prosperous future.”
