Nyerges & Partners has advised Shikun & Binui Energy on awarding CJR Renewables two engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for the Simleul Silvaniei 1 and 2 solar photovoltaic power projects, with a total capacity of 101.1 megawatts.

Shikun & Binui Energy is an Israeli energy company.

Earlier in 2023, Nyerges & Partners advised Shikun and Binui Energy on a EUR 40.5 million PV project financing from Raiffeisen Bank (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 17, 2023) as well as on another engineering, procurement, and construction agreement with CJR Renewables, for the development of a 69.5 megawatt-peak project in Satu Mare, Romania (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 8, 2023).
