GNP Guia Naghi & Partners has advised both the buyer and the sellers in the CIS Gaz acquisition of a majority stake in Next Energy Distribution from the Toma family.
Both companies are active in natural gas supply as well as pipeline construction-installation and related works. According to the firm, merger clearance has already been received and the transaction should close shortly. The sellers will stay on as shareholders to contribute to Next Energy Distribution's future development, GNP reported.
CIS Gaz designs, manufactures, and installs oil and gas infrastructure and facilities, and supplies the equipment used along the entire production chain.
Next Energy Distribution's primary operations encompass minerals, fuels, metals, and industry chemicals trading.
