BNT Gilescu Valeanu & Partners has advised the Procredit Bank on granting a EUR 3.15 million credit facility to the NextE Group for the construction of a 7.4-megawatt-peak photovoltaic power plant.
The target facility will be constructed in Bistrita Nasaud County, on the property of a manufacturing facility, and will operate on a rent-and-operate model.
NextE is an independent power producer company currently focusing on developing operations through the energy as a service mechanism.
