Cytowski & Partners has advised GoodLegal on a EUR 1.2 million pre-seed investment led by the Earlybird Digital East Fund. Cohen & Ostler reportedly advised Earlybird.
The investors included Credo Ventures together with Daniel Dines and CEE VC fund Underline Ventures.
As reported by CEE In-House Matters, Goodlegal is a legal infrastructure platform aimed at providing organizations with an out-of-the-box legal operations framework, to achieve legal compliance by leveraging the latest technology advancements and industry-standard content. It was co-founded by Former UiPath General Counsel Vasile Tiple. The project was announced earlier this year and recently went live.
The Cytowski & Partners team included Partner Tytus Cytowski and Associates Tomiwa Ogundipe, Eresi Uche, and Kunal Kohle.
