Former Managing Associates Ana-Maria Filip and Bogdan Toma have been appointed as Partners with Dragne & Asociatii as of September 1, 2022.
Specializing in corporate and M&A and dispute resolution, Filip joined Dragne & Asociatii in 2013 as Associate Lawyer. She was promoted to Senior Associate Lawyer, in 2015, and Managing Associate Lawyer, in 2020.
Toma specializes in civil law and real estate matters. He graduated from the Nicolae Titulescu Law School of the University of Craiova, in 2004.
