Dentons has advised Asseco Group company Asseco SEE on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bithat Solutions. Ionescu & Sava advised the seller.

Asseco SEE is an IT company providing customers with software and services. The company operates in 10 countries. Bithat Solutions is a Romanian company that specializes in data and document management solutions.

According to Dentons, "through the acquisition, Asseco SEE continues its strategy of expanding its document management solutions and accelerating the growth of its business."
