Suciu Popa has advised on the establishment of Enel Group's e-mobility arm in Romania under the Enel X Way brand.
According to the firm, "Enel X Way, a subsidiary of the Enel Group, is a global leader in smart electric vehicle charging solutions, with over 320,000 charging ports worldwide."
The Enel Group is a Rome-headquartered company that produces and distributes energy, with an installed production capacity of 90 gigawatts – out of which 54 gigawatts of renewable production – and a portfolio of 75 million end users.
The Suciu Popa team included Managing Partner Miruna Suciu, Partner Mihai Caragui, and Senior Associate Noemi Siman.
