Dentons has advised the Xella Group on the sale of its precast concrete division to CHR group company Romcim. BDO Romania reportedly advised the buyer.
Closing is expected in the first half of 2022, pending regulatory approval.
The Xella Group is a global provider of construction solutions, with operations in 22 countries across Europe.
Romcim is a cement, aggregates, and concrete supplier to the construction market in Romania.
