Buzescu Ca has advised Kautex Textron on leasing an office and plant building from Colbus.
Kautex Textron subsidiary Kautex Craiova is a supplier to global automotive original equipment manufacturers. The company also manufactures fuel systems, clear vision systems and castings, and industrial packaging.
According to Buzescu Ca, "Kautex Craiova expanded its operations in Romania, being a supplier of spare parts to automotive companies, including Ford Craiova, which is located in the same area." The leased office has a total area of 407 square meters, while the total area of the leased plant amounts to 1,893 square meters.
The Buzescu Ca’s team included Managing Partner Peter Buzescu and Senior Associate Corina Papuzu.
