Stratulat Albulescu has advised the Element Group on the acquisition of a 2.7-hectare plot of land near Pitesti, Romania, in the immediate vicinity of the country's A1 highway.
Founded by Ionut Dumitrescu, the Element Group develops retail parks under the Element Development brand and a series of logistics parks in Bucharest and other cities in Romania under the Element Industrial brand.
Stratulat Albulescu’s team was led by Managing Associate Tudor Ciambur and included Associate Alina Virlan.
