BPV Grigorescu Stefanica, working with Withers, has advised Draper Esprit on its participation in FinTechOS's USD 60 million Series B investment round.
According to the firm, the round also included existing investors Earlybird Digital East, Gapminder Ventures, LauncHub Ventures, and OTB Ventures.
Draper Esprit is a London-based venture capital firm that invests in the European technology sector. The firm's portfolio includes approximately 70 investee companies, with 15 later-stage companies in its core portfolio.
BPV Grigorescu Stefanica’s team included Managing Partner Catalin Grigorescu and Managing Associate Iulia Dragomir, among others.
“This round will help Fintech OS boost its sales of innovative highly automated and personalized technology that is aimed to change the way people experience and engage with financial technology,” commented Catalin Grigorescu.
