RTPR has assisted Rodbun Grup SRL in relation to a syndicated loan in amount of RON 84.5 million from Banca Comerciala Romana, CEC Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, and Banca Romaneasca, which was guaranteed by Eximbank.
Rodbun Grup is an integrator of agricultural products and solutions that was established in 2002. This transaction is the company's second on which RTPR has assisted, following RTPR's work on a RON 262 million financing in 2018 from a syndicate of banks coordinated by Banca Comerciala Romana.
RTPR's team on this most recent matter included Partner Victor Padurari, Counsel Cosmin Tilea, and Associate Andreea Stoiciu.
