Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics on its acquisition of Corident Pro Clinic in Sibiu, Romania.
Corident Pro Clinic has been operating in Sibiu for 25 years. Is has a team of over 20 specialists, according to PNSA, and offers a "one-stop-dentist approach, offering simple or complex personalized services that cover all dental specialties, in one location.” The clinic has eight offices, a digital laboratory, a 3D tomography computer, a photo-video documentation studio, and two rooms for medical training and staff development.
PNSA’s team included Partner Silvius Stoica and Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie.
