NNDKP has advised CTP on the acquisition of the A1 Bucharest Park from Cromwell Property, acting as the Central European Industrial Fund's intermediary. Kinstellar advised the seller on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A1 Bucharest Park, which has a total area of 98,500 square meters, consists of 11 warehouse buildings, an office building, and a commercial building, as well as 561 parking lots.
CTP is a Romanian developer and manager of industrial and logistics parks across and Central and Eastern Europe.
Cromwell Property Group is a real estate fund manager primarily focused on property development, investment, and management, with operations across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
